HouseWeb.com's V~Tour How is it Made? |
|
The Virtual Tour takes less than a hour to make. Here's how it works:
(1) Place Order
On placing your order, you will be contacted by the photographer to arrange a suitable time to visit. When placing your order, make sure you specify the best times for your appointment, along with all your contact details.
(2) Photographer Takes Tour
The photographer arrives at your property and, using their professional judgement, will suggest the best four panaromic images to shoot. You can however specify which areas of your property you would like.
You can have additional images taken, but there is an extra cost for each shot. The whole process take about an hour.
(Make sure you don't miss your appointment as you will be charged for the tour if the photographer turns up and no-one is available to let them in!)
If you also want a photo taken of the front of your house to show with your HouseWeb advert, make sure you ask the photographer to take this. It is included in the V~Tour package, but must be requested.
(3) Images are Processed
Your images are processed and when complete, your Virtual Tour will be turned live. If you have your property listed on HouseWeb, your V~Tour will be linked from here. If you order a standalone tour, your will be e-mailed details of how to link to it from your own site. This processing stage should not take more that a couple of days.
(4) E-mail Tour is Sent
You will also be e-mailed your tour as an attachment which can be sent to prospective buyers as well as friends & family.
