”I have another beautiful building to move to in Great
Yarmouth .
I
already sold privately before,however I think more & more
people use the internet so decided to use HouseWeb. I have got
fed up with estate agents, their fees are high in relation to
the service.
I
decided to use HouseWeb as the service is exceptional, your
customer care is one of the best I have ever come across. I
found the process of putting my advert on HouseWeb very easy
because you were so helpful!
Selling our house was slow to start with, but the hits on the
site came fast & furious, At the end I could have sold it
ten times over. Selling privately save me approximately £3,000,
however I sold for more than their valuation by around £10,000.
I found the process was less
stressful than using an estate agent. I would recommend using

My
hints to anyone thinking of selling their house privately is to
