We are sorry that you are having problems logging in. Please select the most relevant option below for more help:
My Password is not recognised
Please try the the following options:
1) As passwords are case-sentitive, please try entering your password again and make sure, for example, CAPS LOCK is not pressed.
2) To get your password sent to you by e-mail, please visit the page reminder page and request it. Simply enter the e-mail address address which you registered with (this acts as your username) and you will receive an e-mail containing your password.
3) When registering, we will have sent a registration confirmation to the e-mail supplied by you. The subject line of the e-mail was: "Thank you for visiting HouseWeb". The e-mail came from "info@houseweb.co.uk". This e-mail specifies your account details.
I have forgotten my Password
The fastest option to get your password is by visiting this page and requesting it by e-mail. Simply enter the e-mail address address which you registered with (this acts as your username) and you will receive an e-mail containing your password.
My e-mail adress is not recognised
The e-mail
address you registered with is used for login purposes. When registering, we will have sent registration confirmation to the e-mail supplied by you with the subject line: "Thank you for visiting HouseWeb". The e-mail came from "info@houseweb.co.uk". This e-mail specifies your account details with the e-mail you registered with. You need to use this e-mail address even if you have changed your e-mail address.
My e-mail has changed
No problem - simply use the same e-mail address you registered with, even if it is your old one or no longer in use. The e-mail address you registered with simply acts as a username
But I have posted a property - won't I receive any enquiries?
Even though you log in with your old e-mail address, you can update your contact details on your property advert with your new e-mail address. This is seperate from your e-mail login. By updating your contact e-mail address on your advert, you won't change your login details.
I registered with a username not an e-mail
If you registered with HouseWeb before September 2001, you will have supplied a username and not an e-mail address. This username is still valid. Simply type it into the "E-mail" field along with your password.
I've tried that and it says my e-mail address is not valid
This means the username you are entering is not being recognised. If you still have a copy of the HouseWeb registration e-mail (from info@houseweb.co.uk), this will also detail your login information.
I'm Stuck!

I can't remember if I have registered or not
