An estate agent's description of your house should include the following:
- The asking price.
- Address of house.
- Description of the property detailed room by room (with measurements).
- Any special features of the house.
- Description of garden (if applicable).
- Summary of location and local amenities.
Always check the estate agent's description (preferably before they show it to
the world). If you feel they have missed something important, let them know.
Equally, if you feel anything is over-exaggerated, ask them to change the text
- otherwise, prospective house-hunters may have their expectations dampened.
